Great for business meetings, with spacious and well-equipped meeting rooms. The restaurant offers delicious Asian dishes. Conveniently located near Phu Yen with rates lower than 4-5 star hotels.

Staff needs more training, some lacking knowledge in wine service. Some areas, such as the pool and lobby bar, feel unfinished.

Friendly staff, convenient location, strong wifi, great view, spacious rooms with powerful AC, nice beds.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions in a good manner. The hotel facilities were great, with a swimming pool that was largely covered, allowing us to swim even when it rained. The location was excellent, right next to the beach and in the Sky Tower, providing a beautiful view. Additionally, the hotel was close to transportation options, making it easy to explore the city and take a look at the shiny new airport terminal. The breakfast provided was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. the view from the room was also quite nice. It was in a good location for exploring the surrounding area.

The facilities were not up to scratch. the air-conditioning did not work properly in any of the rooms we were shown and the spa service was a waste of time and money.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with their luxurious amenities. the exclusive Sauna, Jacuzzi and Health Club were all perfect for winding down after a busy day, and the Swimming Pool was incredibly refreshing. the Bar/ Lounge area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink.

It was a bit slow at times, but it was not enough to impact my overall experience.
